Unless a specific waiver from the state or school district has been approved, Eagle Ridge Academy uses and follows the same Non-Discrimination policies as our Charter Authorizer, School District 27J. The policies can be viewed by clicking on this link. The waivers that ERA has requested and been approved for can be viewed under the transparency portion of our website located under the "About Us" tab.
